During your free new patient cleaning, a Shore Smiles Dental hygienist will remove plaque and tartar that has built up on your teeth over time. They can also identify early signs of gum disease, tooth decay, and other dental issues before they become more serious problems. To ensure that your teeth and gums are healthy, it's important to get a dental exam on a regular basis. During the new patient exam, one of our experienced dentists or hygienists will check for cavities and gum disease and evaluate the health of your teeth and gums. They may also recommend treatments such as fillings, crowns, sealants, and other preventive measures to help keep your oral health in top shape. If any problems are found, the dentist or hygienist will discuss them with you and develop a plan for treatment.

Get an X-Ray

X-rays are essential diagnostic tools that provide us with detailed images of your teeth, jawbone, and surrounding soft tissue to help us understand what may be causing your dental problems. At our office, we offer free new patient X-rays to help us better diagnose any issues you may be experiencing. The X-ray images allow us to identify and treat conditions such as cavities, gum disease, impacted teeth, TMJ disorder, and more. By providing us with a comprehensive look at your oral health, we can determine the best course of treatment for you.

  • What are your business hours?

    At Shore Smiles Dental, our office hours are as follows:

    • Monday - Wednesday: 9AM to 5PM
    • Thursday: 9AM to 4PM
    • Friday: 8:30AM to 1PM
    • Saturday: 8AM to 12PM

    We are closed on Sundays but do offer 24/7 emergency services for those who need it. 

  • What area do you provide service in?

    We provide services in North Massapequa, NY and surrounding areas. If you are in the neighborhood, give us a call!

  • What type of payment methods do you accept?

    We accept all forms of payment; from credit an debit cards, to cash, checks, and wire transfers. We also offer financing options to anyone interested. We do not accept payment options in the form of Venmo or Zelle. 

  • Do you provide services in languages other than English?

    At Shore Smiles Dental, we can provide services in English, Spanish, Hindi, and Russian.

  • Do you offer 24/7 emergency service?

    Yes! For our patients in need of immediate service, we offer 24/7 services.

  • Do you have any licenses or certifications?

    Both of our esteemed dentists are licensed and certified to practice dental services. Additionally, Dr. Gandhi earned the International Congress of Oral Implantologists Award, the Academy of General Dentistry Award, Ultradent Esthetic Award, and is a member of the Global Institute for Dental Education. Dr. Daniil Payziyev won the Gamma Pi Delta Award for restorative dentistry.

  • Do you offer free consultations?

    Yes! For any service you are thinking about getting, or would like to know more about, we offer a free consultation to provide you with as much information as possible.

  • How long does a consultation take?

    A typical consultation takes about 30 minutes. During the consultation we give you an x-ray and full evaluation.

  • How long does a typical appointment take?

    You can expect to be at our office for about 30 to 45 minutes for your standard dental appointment.

  • Do you take state insurance (Medicare, Medicaid)?

    We do not but our patients can take full advantage of our financing options.

  • Where should I park?

    We are a standalone building and have our own parking lot!
